Since 1954, the Mungo family has built its business on the principles of quality, value and integrity. The Mungo legacy of developing some of the area’s most prestigious and time-tested neighborhoods like Wexford-on-the- Lake, Spring Valley and Sheffield translates into unmatched purchasing power, capitalization and stability for Sovereign Homes. Specializing only in luxury custom homes, Sovereign’s unique approach of combining lavish attention to detail with today’s finest technology translates into an exceptional experience and a superior product for each select homeowner.
As president of Sovereign Homes, Gary Taylor manages the team effort to produce fine custom homes. Gary attended Furman University and the University of South Carolina, and has a master’s degree in real estate and property finance. With regional and national home builders before joining Sovereign Homes in 1989, he has been in the building business for more than 20 years.
