John Zeigler, President of Zeigler Home
Builders, has 27 years of construction experience in a custom cabinet shop and experience in wholesale and retail building material sales. He has a degree in carpentry technology from Midlands Technical College. An active Home Builders Association member and Vice President of the Association, John also chairs this year’s Parade of Homes. John was the chairman of the association’s Remodelors Council and was named “Remodelor of the Year” in 1997. He has earned the Certified Graduate Remodelor (CGR) designation and is an A.P.A. Code Plus Builder. John attends LongCreek Presbyterian
Church. Building custom homes for the “move-up” market, Zeigler Home
Builders will customize existing plans or start at square one. Building
approximately 20 homes a year, John says, “Quality and customer satisfaction are what we work on. We try to build 20 to 30 percent above what is required by building codes. Quality first…we have a better understanding of how the house is built, not just able to manage the house getting built.”
