past thirty-five years. He joined his father in the business in 1984 and together they have run a successful company. Eddie always wanted to build and started with a personal home in 1989 and has since built and shared four other homes with his wife Shanna.
Eddie started his building business in 2003 and has built over twenty-five homes in the Northeast and Irmo areas, ranging in price from $135,000 - $1.2 million. He has been a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Columbia for over fifteen years.

He was born and raised in Columbia and has been married to his wife Shanna for ten years. They have two children, Blakeley who is seven and Dawson who is one.
